QA Lead

• Lead the QA strategy and testing efforts for grocery chain systems implementations (e.g. POS systems inventory management supply chain etc.)
• Define document and execute test plans test cases and scenarios across various systems
• Coordinate testing activities with crossfunctional teams including developers business analysts and project managers
• Identify document and track defects to resolution ensuring all systems meet performance and functionality standards
• Ensure smooth integration of new systems into the grocery chains operations minimizing downtime and disruptions
• Provide status reports metrics and risk assessments to senior management and stakeholders

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of QA leadership experience specifically in grocery or retail chain system implementations
• Proven ability to manage and lead testing efforts for largescale system integrations (e.g. ERP CRM POS supply chain management systems)
• Handson experience with test management tools automation frameworks and defect tracking systems
• Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills
• Preferred: Familiarity with grocery store processes supply chain systems and customerfacing technologies
