Job Description
Job Title: QA Lead Grocery Chain Systems
Location: 100% Remote
Type: Contract (Immediate Hire)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced QA Lead with a strong background in leading testing efforts for grocery chain system implementations. This is an urgent role and we are looking for someone who can step in quickly to take charge of quality assurance and testing processes for a critical systems integration in the grocery industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the QA strategy and testing efforts for grocery chain systems implementations (e.g. POS systems inventory management supply chain etc.)
- Define document and execute test plans test cases and scenarios across various systems
- Coordinate testing activities with crossfunctional teams including developers business analysts and project managers
- Identify document and track defects to resolution ensuring all systems meet performance and functionality standards
- Ensure smooth integration of new systems into the grocery chains operations minimizing downtime and disruptions
- Provide status reports metrics and risk assessments to senior management and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of QA leadership experience specifically in grocery or retail chain system implementations
- Proven ability to manage and lead testing efforts for largescale system integrations (e.g. ERP CRM POS supply chain management systems)
- Handson experience with test management tools automation frameworks and defect tracking systems
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills
- Preferred: Familiarity with grocery store processes supply chain systems and customerfacing technologies
