Job Title: Relationship Manager (Home Loan and Loan Against Property)
Location: Noida
CTC: 45 LPA

Job Overview:

The Relationship Manager will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners to drive sales of home loans and loan against property (LAP). This role involves managing leads converting prospects into clients and ensuring smooth loan processing and approvals. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1year experience in home loans DSA management and DST channel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with customers DSAs and partners to acquire new business.
• Follow up on leads and generate new prospects.
• Act as a liaison between the customer and the internal credit team for loan approvals.
• Ensure data accuracy in CRM systems and provide weekly reports to management.
• Engage in networking and leadgeneration activities such as customer visits phone calls and marketing events.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate in any field.
• Minimum of 1year experience in home loans and DSA management.
• Techsavvy with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
