Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and train a team of 45 data entry specialists.
- Oversee the data entry process for approximately 2000 restaurants monthly.
- Perform highlevel data entry tasks focusing on complex restaurant information.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to enhance data entry efficiency.
- Interpret and categorize diverse restaurant menus and cuisines.
- Identify data inconsistencies and implement solutions.
- Set and monitor team performance metrics.
- Provide regular progress reports to company leadership.
- Access and manage the Resactly dashboard.
- Log in to the dashboard and select/update restaurant information.
- Validate and revise restaurant descriptions.
- Update restaurant tags and ambiance.
- Check and update website and reservations URL information.
- Create and update menus excluding beverages.
- Check and update dietary information.
- Publish the menu and finalize restaurant information.
- Delete permanently closed restaurants from the backend.
Requirements
A minimum of 35 years of experience in a relevant field demonstrating strong analytical skills and people management capabilities.
Expertise in data analysis with proficiency in working with diverse data sets.
Experience in the food industry is a plus but not mandatory.
A quick learner with the ability to think critically across various topics.
Selfstarter who is independent resourceful and possesses logical thinking skills.
Willingness to learn is essential for success in this role.
Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
Must be able to work from 9AM to 6PM EST.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on compliance management and project coordination. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Asana for project management and Slack for effective communication. Familiarity with Drata or similar compliance management tools is highly desirable. Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of SOC 2 Type II standards, controls, and assessment methodologies. Experience with other compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR) is advantageous. Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex systems and identify security risks, providing practical recommendations for mitigating those risks.
