Job Description
Position: Remote Call Team Manager
Working Hours: MF 8AM5PM EST
Salary Range: $/month
ABOUT THE COMPANY
The company is a multistate class action law firm that focuses primarily on consumer protection class action litigation mass tort personal injury personal injury protection or property claim.
Responsibilities:
- Manages a remote team consisting of 28 members and productivity.
- Focuses on team’s call/text performance maximization and ensure everyone’s working during the day
- Manages a remote team’s call quality coaching and monitoring to measure the quality of the call
- Implementing team KPI’s
- Client Outreach Optimization
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing a remote team’s productivity
- Proven experience managing a remote team’s call quality ( listening to calls audit qa etc)
- Experience using robust reporting
- Salesforce expertise crucial (customized as Lidify)
- Microsoft Suite proficiency (Outlook Excel Teams)
