About the role and team:
The Client Solutions team plays a pivotal role within Lendis Customer and Sales function which comprises the Submission and Settlement groups. We are looking for someone with industry experience to join our expanding leadership team. Lendi has been overwhelmed with customer demand this year and we are always looking for great leaders to join the team and help us keep up with our customers.
Reporting to the Sr. Team Manager you will be responsible for the performance of our CSA Settlements teams who provide loan processing compliance and back of house support to our rapidlygrowing national teams of Brokers and CS this fastpaced and varied role will see you accountable for (but not limited to):
Responsibilities:
Management of Post approval Loan Applications and Client Expectations
Managing of Team Leaders whose teams are liaising with lenders and the relevant teams in Sales to ensure that loan applications are approved and settled timely.
Work closely with Client Solutions senior management to provide strategic and performance support in line with OKRs of the business
Identify and implement process improvements
Coach and mentor to drive performance
Qualifications :
Experience relevant to the role is preferred with a strong understanding and previous exposure to the mortgage market
At least 5 to 10 years of experience with a financial services business
Must have extension lending/broker/finance support experience preferably in credit assessment with exposure to entire application processes from submission to settlement
Proven track record of providing leadership and mentoring to team members
Business/Commerce/Finance degree or diploma preferred but not essential
Selfmotivated with a desire to exceed expectations
Ability to handle multiple tasks at once delegate and prioritise as appropriate based on the situation
A high degree of competency in computer and web applications
Excellent written oral and interpersonal communication skills; including a strong and fluent command of English
Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fastpaced constantly evolving team environment.
Exemplary stakeholder engagement skills. Excellent time management and prioritisation skills with the ability to think and act swiftly andproactively
