Location: McKinley West Taguig

Job Description:
- Develop clear objectives and KPIs for the team.
- Delegate targets and tasks ensuring daily weekly and monthly goals are met.
- Supervise team operations and performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews.
- Identify training needs and report on measures.
