Job Title: Senior Sales Executive (Travel & Tourism)
Reporting Line: Head of Sales
Location: Lagos Nigeria
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends customer needs and competitive activity.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and drive business growth in the travel sector.
- Expand the company s market presence by identifying and engaging with new B2B clients including travel agencies and tour operators.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights to the management team for informed decisionmaking.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate closely with the sales marketing operations and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Represent the company at industry events trade shows and conferences to enhance brand visibility and establish new business connections.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the travel industry.
Strong understanding of the B2B travel industry with knowledge of travel agencies nonair products and wholesale travel distribution.
Excellent leadership communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preference will be given to candidates with their own vehicle.
Only candidates with sales experience in the travel agency or airline industries will be considered.
