Tasks
- You bring our tech vision to life: not only through meisterful coding skills but through solid engineering thinking and argumentation. We want you to design solutions not just implement someone elses requirements.
- Lead of major and complex features and initiatives
- Architect and design scalable and efficient software solutions for medium to large business requirements
- Drive customer satisfaction as measured by NPS and unsubscribe rate
- Drive great developer experience
- Drive operational excellence
- Be a role model in terms of output and quality
- Drive clean code and simplicity in the system
- Perform advanced code and solution reviews and ensure adherence to standards and best practices
- Mentor intermediate and junior engineers
- Provide a deep understanding of the tech vision and contribute to its progress
- Attain and maintain a solid overview of large parts of the Crewmeister code base infrastructure and architecture
- Frontend Tech Stack Flutter JavaScript React
Requirements
- Flutter expertise
- JavaScript expertise
- Strong mentoring skills
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills especially within the product team
- Technical decision competency
- High level of motivation and enthusiasm to actively and independently drive progress
- Positive and constructive spirit in all situations
- Strong knowledge in user experience and ability to apply it to ongoing initiatives
- At least 5 years of experience with our tech stack
- Experience building mobile apps is a plus
- You are fluent in English German language skills are a plus
- Have a good sense of humour and if you also have solid table soccer skills thats a plus (2 pluses)
