Bytelabs is revolutionizing the way businesses accept payments with our innovative SoftPOS solution. As part of our mission to expand our user base we are looking for dynamic and motivated Sales Representatives to help promote onboard and support new users for our WATU SoftPOS and other exciting products.

Job Description:


As a Sales Representatives you will be responsible for driving the adoption of our SoftPOS solution by engaging with small and mediumsized businesses (SMBs) retailers and merchants. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop outreach strategies conduct direct marketing activities and support new users through the onboarding process. This role is ideal for a selfstarter with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping businesses thrive.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and approach potential users (merchants retailers SMBs) to promote our SoftPOS product.
  • Create a systematic processdriven approach to users outreach and relationship management
  • Educate prospects on the benefits and features of SoftPOS and how it can enhance their business.
  • Conduct live product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Assist new users in signing up and onboarding to the SoftPOS platform.
  • Collect feedback from users to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve onboarding targets and market penetration.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and onboarded users.
  • Identify and attend community events market activations and exhibitions to promote the product.





Requirements

  • Experience as a Field Marketer
  • Ambitious optimistic and entrepreneurial
  • Charismatic and professional demeanor.
  • You have prior experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships.
  • Techsavvy with the ability to understand and explain technical products.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with new customers.
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven mindset.
  • Familiarity with the local market and business environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the Fintech or payment solutions industry.
  • Proficiency in Excel report writing and marketing tools.
