Position: Italian Customer Support Advisor
Location: Bucharest Romania (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide toptier customer support in Italian via phone email and chat.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- Offer detailed information on products and services to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on outstanding cases.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in Italian (written and spoken).
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work onsite in Bucharest Romania.
