The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be more than just a recruiteryoull be a strategic partner an ambassador of our brand and a driving force behind our talent strategy. Youll take full ownership of hiring across multiple business units focusing on commercial and product roles. This role is an opportunity to make a tangible impact by bringing in the talent that will fuel our growth and innovation.

Youll have the autonomy to lead the entire recruitment process partnering with hiring managers to ensure we attract toptier talent. Your daytoday will involve much more than screening and interviewingyoull play a vital role in building our employer brand ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression of what it means to be part of BlueThrone.

Your Missio

Champion the Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Own every step of the process for 58 roles across various departments from creating engaging job descriptions to offers. Youll be the goto person for all things talent acquisition.

Be Our Brand Ambassador: As the face of BlueThrone to all candidates you will communicate our culture values and opportunities ensuring an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint.

Drive HighVolume Recruitment: Screen and assess over 1000 applicants Monthly maintaining speed and quality even in highvolume recruitment while keeping a personal touch in every interaction.

Lead Employer Branding Initiatives: Partner with marketing to elevate BlueThrones employer brand. Showcase our unique culture and the exciting opportunities that lie within ensuring that the world knows what it means to be part of BlueThrone.

Master the Tools of the Trade: Leverage Teamtailor (or similar ATS) to ensure smooth candidate pipelines from first touch to final offer while generating insights and reports to drive decisions.

Own the Interview Process: Conduct roughly 55% of your time in handson interviewing identifying top talent with precision and care. Your insights will guide the business in making the right hiring decisions.

Partner with Leadership: Work closely with hiring managers understanding their team needs and offering strategic input to ensure the best talent joins the team.

DataDriven Decision Making: Use data and analytics to optimize hiring processes track recruitment performance and make informed decisions to improve the candidate experience and hiring outcomes.

Maintain TimetoHire Excellence: Help us maintain and enhance our worldclass timetohire of 28 days ensuring we bring in the right talent quickly and effectively.

A ScaleUp & Startup Expert: With 35 years of experience in scaleups or startups particularly in the B2C mobile app domain you know what it takes to hire the best talent in fastpaced highgrowth environments.

A Proactive SelfStarter: You thrive when given the freedom to manage your time prioritize tasks and work independently. Youre always ready to tackle new challenges headon.

ATS Savvy: You have handson experience with Teamtailor (or a similar ATS) and you know how to keep things organized and efficient while managing highvolume pipelines.

Commercial & Product Hiring Pro: You have a proven track record of hiring for commercial and product roles bringing in talent such as conversion rate optimizers product managers customer relations and more.

Passionate About People: You love recruitment not just as a job but as a way to connect with people and create meaningful career opportunities for them.

Multilingual: Fluent in English with proficiency in other European languages (German French Spanish Russian etc.) being a significant advantage.

The Interview Process

1. First Meeting: Connect with Head of People (hiring manager) for a mutual introduction and to see if were a good fit (3045 minutes).
2. Second Meeting: Meet our COO or Head of Staff(30mins)
3. Third Meeting: Meet our CEO (3045 minutes)
