Job Summary

Responsibilities & Duties

The scope of responsibilities of the User Experience Designer entails the following activities:

Develop humancentered flows for the different digital products of the Project

Conduct user research for the digital products of the project including development of user personas and journey maps utilize various methodologies to discover insights and present actionable recommendations for enhancing the designs and prototypes of digital products.

Create wireframes prototypes user flows website/service blueprints to visualize design concepts validate with key stakeholders incorporate feedback into design iterations.

Provide design solutions through putting forward MVPs conducting the testing and incorporating feedback into design iterations.

Develop highfidelity UI designs that align with the projects branding and objectives.

Design responsive interfaces (1 for each digital tool mentioned) that provide a seamless experience across different devices and screen sizes.

Conduct usability testing of each prototype and tools developed.

Conduct one comprehensive capacitybuilding activity focused on UserCentered Design (UCD) principles and best practices for the Lab s staff.

Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the impact of UX design initiatives on user satisfaction engagement and task completion rates.

Champion inclusivity by ensuring that digital products are accessible and usable by individuals with disabilities adhering to relevant accessibility guidelines and standards (i.e. WCAG 2.2).

Visualize and present design concepts with key stakeholders including the Project team.

Essential Skills

I. Academic Qualifications:

Master s/Advanced University degree in Graphic design Computer science Architecture Information technology or a related field and/or recognised certification in UI/UX

II. Years and sphere of experience:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital/interactive design or a related field with strong portfolio of UX/UI design;

Portfolio of UI/UX Projects Minimum 5 project references with links to review.

Experience in developing digital products including desktop and mobile apps especially in the context of innovation/development.

Experience in redesigning services and designing dashboards.

Experience in developing wireframes prototypes user flows website blueprints for digital products.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools.

Strong understanding of usability and accessibility standards including HumanComputer Interaction (HCI).

III. Language

Proficiency in English and Armenian is a must. Knowledge of Russian is considered an asset.

Ability to work under time pressure.

Understanding of humancentered development approaches.

The selected contractor will be required to provide proof of insurance coverage as stated in the Statement of Health herewith attached prior to contract signature.
