Senior Digital Marketing Specialist - Ucraft

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives including brand awareness lead generation and customer retention.
  

• Plan execute and optimize multichannel digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as digital ads (Google Meta Behance Pinterest Dribble etc.) social media email marketing content marketing SEO/SEM and more.
  

• Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns providing actionable insights to improve performance.
  

• Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance.
  

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and experience across digital touchpoints.
  

• Work closely with crossfunctional teams including product development sales and customer service to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
  

• Partner with external agencies and vendors as needed to support digital marketing initiatives.
  

• Oversee the creation and management of digital advertising budgets ensuring optimal ROI.
  Lead mentor and develop a team of digital marketing professionals providing guidance support and performance feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field. A Masters degree or relevant certification (e.g. Google Analytics HubSpot Hootsuite) is a plus.
  

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on strategy development and campaign
  

• Deep understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO SEM PPC social media email marketing content marketing and web analytics.
  

• Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Analytics Google Ads Facebook Business Manager HubSpot).
  

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate ideas and influence stakeholders.
  

• Creative thinker with strong problemsolving abilities.
