Job Description
Title Infrastructure Project Manager
Looking for independent Visa (GC/USC)
- 1015 years experience running high availability systems and supporting distributed infrastructure.
- Experience of working with clients and delivering cost transformations and/or efficiency programmers.
- Experience in generating and quantifying the cost reduction opportunities.
- Track record in performing robust analysis covering baseline quantification of opportunities and benefit cases.
- Knowledge of cost analysis techniques including zero based budgeting spans and layers analysis activity analysis and benchmark analysis.
- Experience in benefit management and implementation planning.
- Involvement in business development activity e.g. building relationships with clients during engagements contributing to bid responses.
- Experience of coaching team members sharing knowledge and working effectively in teams.
- Be comfortable handling ambiguity and changing client demands.
- Experience in delivering IT internal audit services IT assurance and advisory experience for example project assurance third party assurance application controls advisory or assurance IT risk management etc.
- Experience in business analysis and understanding of core business processes.
- Proven experience in identifying and converting sales opportunities.
- Strong people management skills.
- A strong grasp of IT delivery and change best practice evidenced by a recognized technology risk or assurance related qualification (eg CISA) or Degree/masters qualification in IT/business or relevant Project and Program management qualifications.
Manadotary Experience:
- Experience in an IT risk and control / audit or programmer risk and control.
- A good understanding of IT data center operations and a variety of technology platforms.
- A good understanding of risks and issues that would be encountered by our clients during major IT programmers and projects.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and firstrate interpersonal skills at all levels.
- Ability to present on specific subjects to a group of people (internal staff or clients/potential clients).
- Ability to identify and assess complex IT risks and controls to relate them to the wider business environment and to express opinions clearly to all levels.
- Ability to develop excellent client and internal relationships.
- Ability to deliver work within tight timescales to budget and to a high quality.
- Excellent team player but also excelling in working on own initiative.
- Demonstrable Leadership experience.
