Location: Pantai Indah Kapuk North Jakarta.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Manager to oversee and manage our tax functions and ensure compliance with local and company financial regulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire business process from a tax and financial perspective ensuring all reports are accurate and submitted on time. They will lead tax planning initiatives manage tax regulatory risk and collaborate with various departments to enhance corporate governance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all accounting and taxrelated processes in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Prepare timely financial reports monitor followup actions and ensure corrective measures are implemented.
- Lead tax interpretation research risk control and tax planning to minimize liabilities and enhance compliance.
- Assist with budgeting analysis and financial planning.
- Coordinate external audits financial inspections and manage relationships with government agencies.
- Work closely with management and other departments to promote corporate governance and drive continuous operational improvements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Tax Manager Consultant or in a similar role with solid tax expertise.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Taxation or a related field; CMA certification is required and CGMA is a plus.
- Experience in the consumer electronics industry and/or with a Big4 firm is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of tax planning compliance and current tax laws.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong command of English.
