We are looking for a proactive and experienced Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage our recruitment efforts for marketing and creative roles ranging from junior to senior levels. You will play a key role in sourcing evaluating and hiring top talent to support our companys growth ensuring a smooth recruitment process and a strong candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract potential candidates using online channels (e.g. social media professional platforms like Indeed and JobStreet).
  • Screen resumes and application forms to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews (via phone video and inperson).
  • Post job openings on our careers page social media job boards and internally.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics such as timetofill and timetohire.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Psychology or a related field.
  • 35 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong experience with fullcycle recruiting interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools across multiple channels.
  • Indepth understanding of various organizational roles and requirements.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Analytical smart and resultsdriven with the ability to meet recruitment targets.
  • Adaptable to working in a fastpaced multinational environment.
  • Must be able to join ASAP and comply with our WFO policy.
