Job Description
- Assist in the recruitment process including scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
- Maintain employee records and update the HRIS database with accuracy and confidentiality
- Support the onboarding process for new hires and assist in organizing company events and cultural initiatives
- Help prepare HRrelated reports and presentations as needed
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits leave management and performance management processes
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR support
- Collaborate with the HR team on various projects to improve employee experience and maintain HR policies
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field; fresh graduates with relevant knowledge are welcome to apply
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Proactive approach to problemsolving and ability to take initiative
