Job Description
- Conduct prescreening candidate profiling and online assessments.
- Endorse candidates to recruitment teams and manage dispositioning in the ATS.
- Ensure accurate and uptodate data in the ATS including data cleanup.
- Provide regular updates and reports on talent acquisition metrics progress and challenges.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Psychology Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 23 years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on sourcing.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools such as Zoho ATS or other ATS platforms online skills assessment tools and job boards.
- Skilled in using spreadsheet tools such as Google Sheets and MS Excel.
- Willingness to work fulltime onsite in BGC Taguig.
- Flexibility to work shifting schedules and night shifts if required.
