Qualification:
- MSc in Environmental Science or a related field
Experience:
- Freshers or 12 years of relevant experience in sales preferably in the waste management or environmental services sector.
Job Description:
As a Sales Manager in Waste Management you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the companys market presence in the waste management sector. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Business Development: Identify potential clients partners and markets to expand the companys waste management services.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with municipalities industrial clients and private companies requiring waste management solutions.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends client needs and competitors to develop effective sales strategies.
- Proposal & Bidding: Assist in preparing proposals bids and tenders for waste management projects ensuring alignment with client needs and company capabilities.
- Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed sales targets driving growth in revenue and market share.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the companys waste management services and solutions to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project .
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
