Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Manager to lead our HR initiatives in the IT sector. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience with a strong background in talent acquisition employee engagement performance management and organizational development. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to align HR practices with business goals fostering a highperformance culture in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the IT sector.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create job descriptions.
- Employee Engagement:
- Design and execute employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture and retention.
- Conduct regular employee surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and implement improvements.
- Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance management process ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Provide guidance and training to managers on performance appraisals feedback and development plans.
- Organizational Development:
- Identify training and development needs; design programs to support employee growth and career advancement.
- Implement succession planning strategies to ensure leadership continuity.
- HR Policies and Compliance:
- Develop update and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with industry standards and legal requirements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations maintaining best practices in HR operations.
- DataDriven Decision Making:
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform strategic decisions and improve HR processes.
- Prepare regular reports for senior leadership on HR initiatives challenges and progress.
- Collaboration and Leadership:
- Partner with crossfunctional teams to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Mentor and lead the HR team fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; Master s degree or HR certification (e.g. SHRMSCP SPHR) preferred.
- 8 years of HR experience with a focus on the IT sector or related industries.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition employee engagement and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
