**Job Overview**
Our luxury jewelry brand is seeking a skilled and experienced **Google Ads Campaign Manager** to enhance our digital presence and drive conversionfocused campaigns across Instagram YouTube and LinkedIn. This role involves close collaboration with our outsourced senior creative team to guide manage and post highquality engaging content that aligns with our brand identity. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape particularly in the jewelry industry and be adept at leveraging platformspecific strategies to maximize brand exposure and customer engagement.
**Key Responsibilities (KRAs):**
1. **PlatformSpecific Strategy & Execution:**
**Instagram**: Lead campaigns including Stories Reels and Shopping ads with a focus on driving engagement and conversions.
**YouTube**: Plan and execute video campaigns that reflect our brand aesthetics and enhance viewership.
**LinkedIn**: Manage posts comments and networking efforts to engage highnetworth clients and industry influencers.
Develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with brand promotions seasonal trends and product launches.
2. **Coordination & Collaboration:**
Act as the primary liaison between the brand and the outsourced creative team.
Provide the creative team with necessary assets such as jewelry photos product details and audience insights.
Monitor industry trends competitor activity and best practices to inform campaign strategies.
3. **Content & Ad Optimization:**
Assist in developing monitoring and optimizing content and ad campaigns tailored to each platforms audience.
Ensure platformspecific content and ad formats maximize visibility and engagement.
4. **Performance Tracking & Reporting:**
Generate biweekly or monthly reports detailing key metrics including engagement reach CTR and conversions.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance continuously.
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):**
Growth in engagement rates on Instagram YouTube and LinkedIn.
Increased conversions (sales or inquiries) driven by platformspecific content and ads.
Improvement in lead quality and volume through campaigns.
Adherence to social media calendar schedules.
Timely and effective coordination with the creative team for content delivery.
**Qualifications & Experience:**
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
35 years of experience in digital advertising and social media management preferably in jewelry luxury or fashion industries.
Proven success in managing campaigns on Instagram YouTube and LinkedIn with measurable ROI.
Knowledge of the Telugu language and culture is an advantage.
