Overview:
The HRIS Implementation Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation integration and maintenance of HRIS systems within the organization. This position is vital in streamlining HR processes enabling datadriven decisionmaking and enhancing employee experience through the effective utilization of HR technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and integration of HRIS systems collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Configure customize and optimize HRIS platforms to support organizational objectives and improve HR processes.
- Coordinate data migration ensuring accuracy and completeness of information transferred to the new system.
- Provide technical expertise and support in system testing troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enable endusers to maximize the potential of HRIS systems.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure data security privacy and compliance with regulations.
- Participate in the evaluation of new HR technologies and make recommendations for system enhancements or upgrades.
- Document processes procedures and system configurations to maintain comprehensive system knowledge.
- Act as a liaison between endusers vendors and internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and problem resolution.
- Manage project timelines milestones and deliverables to ensure successful and timely implementation.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR systems implementation configuration and support.
- Demonstrated proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Workday SAP SuccessFactors Oracle HCM or similar systems.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Indepth understanding of HR processes and data management principles.
- Ability to analyze complex problems propose solutions and drive implementation to completion.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices in HR data security.
- Experience in conducting training sessions and developing user documentation.
