Position Overview: **The Associate Payroll process ** is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll activities for all employees within the organization using ADP s Payforce solution along with Emplive Time Keeping software. This role requires meticulous attention to detail strong organisational skills and proficiency in payroll processing systems. The Associate Payroll process will work closely with others in the HR department to ensure compliance with company policies legal requirements and industry standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience working in payroll administration or related role.(35 Years)
- Strong understanding of payroll principles regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in payroll software and systems especially ADP and MS Office applications especially Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
- Strong data analytical skills using pivot tables formulas and other functionality to provide meaningful data to requestors.
- Ability to prioritize tasks meet deadlines and manage workload effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
