We Are Hiring: Tender Expert (GEM Portal/Tender Specialist)
For one of our clients in the Event Services Industry
We are looking for an experienced Tender Expert to join our clients team based in Andheri.
Position Details:
- Job Title: Tender Expert (GEM Portal)
- Location: Andheri
- Experience: 23 years in tender management
Key Responsibilities:
- GEM Portal Expertise: The candidate must have handson experience in operating the GEM portal for at least 2 years including posting and managing tenders on the platform.
- Government Tender Experience: The candidate should be proficient in preparing and submitting government tenders with the required documents and have the knowledge of creating eligibility documents for successful submission.
- Tender Scouting: The role involves identifying and scouting relevant tenders through various government agency portals and ensuring timely submission.
- Vendor Registration: The candidate should be familiar with the vendor registration process for different government agencies and able to complete the registration on various platforms.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 23 years of experience in tender management and government tender processes.
- Strong understanding of the GEM portal and other government agency tender portals.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to find fill and manage tenders with precision.
