Objectives of the role
- Providing necessary information and resources to facilitate a successful transition for new employees and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Developing and implementing comprehensive onboarding programs that align with the companys values and culture.
- Coordinating and conducting new employee orientation sessions providing an overview of the companys mission vision and policies.
- Serving as a point of contact for new hires addressing their questions and concerns and managing the onboarding process.
- Collaborating with the HR the hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Facilitating the completion of new hire paperwork including employment contracts benefits enrolment and other necessary documentation.
- Monitoring the progress and integration of new employees identifying any challenges and providing support as needed.
