Job Description

Applicant should be open to going to the Porto office for a 2 weeks training

Position: Technical Support Representative (French/English Speakers)
Location: Remote Portugal (after 2week office training in Porto)
Employment Type: Fulltime
Remuneration: Base salary bonuses


We are looking for a Technical Support Representative fluent in both French and English to join our team remotely in Portugal. After an initial twoweek training period in Porto you will work from home providing technical support for our customers and developers. If you have strong MySQL skills and a knack for troubleshooting this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in technical support!



Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to customers in French and developers in English through chat and voice channels.
Troubleshoot and resolve productrelated issues using MySQL.
Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to the development team as necessary.
Ensure timely professional responses to inquiries to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Serve as a liaison between customers and developers translating technical details clearly and efficiently.



Requirements:

Native or fluent in French (spoken and written) and fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
Strong understanding of MySQL is required.
Familiarity with Postman is an advantage.
Available to work rotating shifts from Monday to Friday (07:00 AM to 07:00 PM).
High school diploma or equivalent (or higher).
No prior work experience needed but solid MySQL knowledge is essential.
Passion for technology and delivering outstanding customer support.
Ability to attend two weeks of officebased training in Porto (accommodation support during training is provided).
