Improving the overall technical experience of users for the service and ensuring all customers get equitable and reliable services.
Complete understanding and deployment of network elements.
Planning network solutions as per customer requirements.
L2 Call Resolutions i.e. calls which are beyond pure connectivity.
Providing technical assistance Troubleshooting and Application fine tuning.
Analyzing customer issues and suggesting further modifications.
Ensuring the quality of overall L1 call resolution through random checks and audits
