Job Description

Position: Customer Support Representative (Italian Speakers)
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Employment Type: Fulltime
Remuneration: Competitive base salary benefits



We are looking for a customerfocused and problemsolving Customer Support Representative fluent in Italian to join our team in Lisbon. You will be responsible for assisting Italianspeaking clients resolving inquiries and providing highquality support. If you are passionate about customer service and enjoy helping people this role is perfect for you!



Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat ensuring prompt and professional service.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to product usage account setup and general support needs.
Maintain uptodate knowledge of our products and services to provide effective assistance.
Log and document customer interactions and issues using CRM software.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary.
Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes.
Ensure all customer interactions align with company policies and maintain high satisfaction levels.



What We re Looking For:

Fluent in Italian (both spoken and written).
Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problemsolving abilities with a customeroriented mindset.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced work environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems or other support tools is a plus.
A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
