Job Description

Ready to embrace a new adventure in Portugal

We are looking for fluent Italian speakers with a good English level to work in customer support positions. You will be assisting clients of renowned worldwide companies and working in an international environment.

What we are looking for in a candidate:

Speak proficiently Italian and have a good English level (B2)
No previous experience is demanded
Willingness to learn
Good communication and soft skills

What you will have to do:

Communicate with customers (by chat email and phone) and ensure maximum satisfaction
Help customers with technical issues
