Job Description

ItalianSpeaking Customer Support Representative Athens Greece
Are you fluent in Italian and passionate about helping others Ready to start a new chapter in the sunny and historic city of Athens Greece We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as ItalianSpeaking Customer Support Representatives!


Location: Athens Greece (Onsite)
Employment Type: FullTime
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (8 hours daily)
Compensation: Competitive salary relocation support



Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide topnotch customer support via phone email or chat to Italianspeaking customers.
  • Assist with inquiries regarding products services and accountrelated concerns.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience.


Requirements:
  • C2level or fluent proficiency in Italian (spoken and written).
  • Strong English skills (B2 level or higher) to communicate within the team.
  • Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not required we provide full training!
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and a customerfocused mindset.
  • Ability to work in a structured fastpaced environment.
