Location: Athens Greece (Onsite)
Employment Type: FullTime
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (8 hours daily)
Compensation: Competitive salary relocation support
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide topnotch customer support via phone email or chat to Italianspeaking customers.
- Assist with inquiries regarding products services and accountrelated concerns.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
- C2level or fluent proficiency in Italian (spoken and written).
- Strong English skills (B2 level or higher) to communicate within the team.
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not required we provide full training!
- Strong problemsolving abilities and a customerfocused mindset.
- Ability to work in a structured fastpaced environment.
