Are you a skilled communicator with great customer contact and do you dream of working in one of Europes most historic and charming cities We seek a dedicated and serviceminded Italianspeaking customer service agent to join us in Greece.
Workplace: Greece (Work from home anywhere in Greece)
Start Date: January or February
As a customer service agent you will be part of a dynamic team handling inquiries from customers either in the retail sector or in tourism.
Your primary tasks will include:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
Resolving customer issues in an efficient and friendly manner.
Recording and updating customer data in our system.
Qualifications:
Fluent or C2 level in Italian (written and spoken).
English B2C1.
Strong communication skills and the ability to make wellconsidered decisions.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle challenging situations.
Good technical skills
