Job Title: Italianspeaking Customer Support Representative

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Italianspeaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Lisbon Portugal. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our Italianspeaking customers providing support via phone email and chat. You will help resolve issues answer queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their inquiries via phone email and chat in Italian.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Escalate issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of company products and services.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth handling of all customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Italian (written and spoken) with good communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customercentric approach.
- Eligible to live and work in Portugal (valid work permit required).
