Corporate Trainer - Soft Ss Process Improvement

Requirements:

• Education:
• Bachelors degree in any stream.
• Experience:
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer or in a similar role.
• Corporate training experience is preferred.
• Knowledge:
• Deep understanding of communication strategies leadership teamwork and conflict management.

Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to design organize and deliver impactful training programs.
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
• Proficient with elearning platforms and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging interactive training materials such as workshops seminars and presentations.
• Ensure alignment of training content with organizational goals and departmental needs.

• Conduct facetoface and virtual training on soft skills topics including communication leadership time management and emotional intelligence.
• Provide processrelated training as required.

• Assess employees progress through feedback posttraining evaluations and performance metrics.
• Make recommendations for further learning based on evaluation results.

• Adapt training programs to the specific needs of various teams departments and individuals.

• Keep up with the latest trends and best practices in soft skills training to ensure the content remains relevant and effective.
