Soft Skills & Process Trainer
Package: 67 LPA (with a 2025% hike on the last/current salary)
Location: Gurugram Sector 48 (Work From Office)
Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelors degree in any stream.
- Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer or in a similar role.
- Corporate training experience is preferred.
- Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of communication strategies leadership teamwork and conflict management.
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to design organize and deliver impactful training programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
- Proficient with elearning platforms and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
1 . Design and Develop Training Programs:
- Create engaging interactive training materials such as workshops seminars and presentations.
- Ensure alignment of training content with organizational goals and departmental needs.
2 . Deliver Training Sessions:
- Conduct facetoface and virtual training on soft skills topics including communication leadership time management and emotional intelligence.
- Provide processrelated training as required.
3 . Evaluate Training Effectiveness:
- Assess employees progress through feedback posttraining evaluations and performance metrics.
- Make recommendations for further learning based on evaluation results.
4 . Custom Training Solutions:
- Adapt training programs to the specific needs of various teams departments and individuals.
5 . Continuous Improvement:
- Keep up with the latest trends and best practices in soft skills training to ensure the content remains relevant and effective.
