Job Description
- Oversee and manage the overall financial planning budgeting forecasting and reporting
- process.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance providing insights and recommendations to
- optimize financial outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all accounting standards policies and regulations.
- Manage cash flow and liquidity to meet operational requirements.
- Lead and develop a highperforming finance team fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Conduct financial analysis for investment decisions and other strategic projects.
- Evaluate and improve internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risk.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting and CA is a must.
- Should have minimum 5 years of experience in financial management with a track record of success in progressively responsible roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fastpaced environment managing multiple priorities effectively.
