Job Description

7 to 12 years of SAP ECC and S/4 HANA experience in implementation support and rollout projects understanding of Business Process Knowledge Understanding of project implementation methodologies ITIL processes Design Implement and Support the SAP solution Work on support engagement and manage priority based tickets knowledge of SLAs and playing vital role in identifying RCA Contribute to competency and Coordinate with technical team on custom objects Interacting with customers understanding the requirements proposing solutions methodology etc.

Note: Pharma Experience is a must. Associate must have worked on SAP Migration Projects.
Heres how youll contribute:

University degree in the field of IT business administration business informatics computer science or comparable.
Highly experienced with SAP S/4HANA implementations and business transformation programs.
Proven understanding of Supply Chain processes and financial processes preferably
Preferably experienced in Implementation and migration to SAP S/4HANA (Greenfield and Brownfield) as well as fit to standard approach.
Managed at least 5 full life cycle SAP projects preferably in SAP S/4HANA projects.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading IT projects with specific experience and knowledge with SAP S/4HANA both functionally and technically oriented projects such as upgrades new installations.
Outstanding knowledge of SAP S/4HANA with SAP PM Activate certification.
Confirmed project management skills knowledge and experience with new technology projects (PMP PMI certificate is considered as an advantage).
Proven track record of delivering projects on time on budget and to quality to maximize customer satisfaction.
Strong experience in risk & issue management financial management stakeholder management.
Proven ability to work in a multicultural environment with multidiscipline teams.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in the English language.

You ll do this by:
Managing and owning all aspects of technical development and delivery
Estimation of efforts identifying risks and providing technical support whenever needed
Demonstrating the ability to multitask and reprioritizing responsibilities based on dynamic requirements
Leading and mentoring of teams

Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
Coordinate project activities amongst the functional and technical team members consultants
Manage a small team to define the requirements for a core banking platform through challenging the business on their need and wants
Provides project management expertise and leads key project work streams working with the full project life cycle following project Governance processes
Scope plan and manage projects through the entire life cycle ensuring delivery to time cost and quality
Establish and maintain risk assessment to identify and assess the material risks that arise in their area of responsibility
Comply with relevant Bank Policies testing and certifying the adequacy and effectiveness of their controls regularly
To establish and build relationships across the Bank to facilitate the achievement of strategic goals maintaining momentum throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure projects meets internal and external customer requirements
Support CI in the project environment promoting Lean principles through appropriate use of CI tools WorkOut WorkPlace
Identify and evaluate project risks and issues and devise and implement effective mitigation strategies
Proficient in use project management tools and techniques (or equivalent)
Ability to lead a project team of varying sizes
Capable of managing 13 direct reports
Some travel maybe required for education project support generally not to exceed an average of 25%
Demonstrable leadership and managerial skills the ability to establish and maintain relationships with client leadership
Experience with managing project financials the commercial and contractual aspects of projects
Lead national or international projects subprojects including the technical coordination of heterogeneous teams;
Establish strong collaboration with internal and external contacts at management level as well as offshore liaison officers;
Act as an owner of the IT/SAP solutions in the area/areas of responsibility;
Develop and implement activities related to endtoend project management including project plans and estimates priorities and requirements through implementation;
Proactively monitor handle and report on execution of deliverables and project financials;
Lead several projects in parallel (multiproject management);
Vendor coordination during projects execution;
Work proactively with customers and handle relationships with stakeholders;
Establish a working atmosphere as part of the project delivery process which supports teamwork and knowledge sharing.
