Job Description

Jettison is representing a multispecialty midsized law firm who is seeking to add an experienced Commercial Real Estate Associate to their practice.

Overview:
The associate will be primarily engaged in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions including acquisition leasing development and finance. The associate will have responsibility for a wide array of transactional matters including drafting reviewing and negotiating sale and purchase agreements commercial leases development related agreements and loan documents and handling related diligence efforts such a title and survey reviews.

Qualifications:
  • 46 years of commercial real estate transactional experience
  • Admitted to practice in Virginia
  • Excellent written and oral skills
