Job Description
Job Desciption:
Coordination with our Principals for preparation of EOI (Expression of Interest) & technical Bids of offshore drilling rigs for various clients like ONGC OIL and RIL.
Preparation of Bids & EOI for Subsea EPC tenders (for subsea mattress diving riser clamp etc.) for clients like HPCL Mazgaon dock; MSV tenders for Reliance ONGC.
Compiling of required document/certification/drawings and finalizing queries/specification.
Preparation of deficiency list to evaluate the costs involved in the upgradation and installation of additional equipment required as per scope of the tender.
Analysing modified contract clause/tender scope of work from past & its implication and consequences.

Comparative analysis of key technical features of the tenders scope required with available rigs and potential other drilling contractors rigs in competition.
Assist in obtaining OISD consent from DGH to operate rig in Indian Offshore.
Aiding in related to Operational matters & incidents thereby avoiding/minimizing disputes based on suitable contractual interpretations.
Assistance in compiling relevant operational data and summarizing it to formulate the stand in cases of legal/financial loss to our principal.
Aiding in related to Operational matters & incidents thereby avoiding/minimizing disputes based on suitable contractual interpretations.
Assistance in compiling relevant operational data and summarizing it to formulate the stand in cases of legal/financial loss to our principal.
Coordination for air logistics support and road transportation required for personnel and goods transfer.
Preparing of weekly news updates for Transocean related to offshore drilling business. Updating on new policies related to offshore business.
Identifying and analysing new business opportunities for companys expansion into new horizon.
Identifying and analysing new business opportunities for companys expansion into new horizon.
Preparation & compilation of documents for OISD related consent & audit.
