About the role :
- Proficient in AutoCAD with (DOD) Detail Oriented Drawings with SKETCHUP Basics.
- Good Command of the Local Language and English.
- Drafting BOQ and Billings
- Coordination With And Between Contractors Supervisor Suppliers Vendors And Directors.
- Coordination With the Facility Manager And Building Liasoning With Him.
- Ensure That Implementation Is As Per Design And Drawings.
- Specifications To Be Implemented As Per Approved List.
- Quality Check And Control Of All Items.
Skills :
- Complete of the project starting from scratch to the launch i.e standalone.
- Site Analysis measurement dealing with landlords regarding services available and site status.
- Designing and developing project plans as per the matrix.
- Preparing & maintaining project tracker & ensure timelines of the project are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams during fitouts of the properties to execute design plans.
- Ensure high quality of construction and equipment installation.
- Eye for project detailing & conceptualization
- Ability to handle multiple projects.
Note : Mumbai locals are preferred.
