Overview:
The Technical IT Recruiter is a critical role within our organization responsible for sourcing screening and hiring top talent for technical positions in our Mumbai office. The role is instrumental in ensuring that our business needs are met with the right technical expertise contributing to the success and growth of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source potential candidates through various online channels (e.g. LinkedIn job portals social platforms).
- Review and analyze resumes to identify qualified candidates for technical positions.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and screenings to assess candidates technical skills.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future openings.
- Assist in negotiating offers and facilitating the hiring process.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the IT industry to effectively assess candidate qualifications and market conditions.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources IT Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter focused on technical positions.
- Strong knowledge of technical skills including programming languages development frameworks and IT infrastructure.
- Experience with sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively screen and evaluate technical candidates.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated negotiation and networking abilities.
- Highly organized and detailoriented approach to recruiting.
