Responsibilities :
Post positions with various Job portal and social network
Sourcing candidate profiles from various Job Portals (Naukri CIEPAL LinkedIn etc)
Review and screening of all resumes and identify right match.
Scheduling Interviews.
Responsible for fullcycle recruiting: interview offer negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
Use ATS (applicant tracking system) to retrieve existing reports and develop ad hoc reports
Track and report applicant & interview data.
Updating employee databases gathering payroll data and assisting with HRrelated reports and employee queries.
Coordinating fulfilment of other formalities such as background check drug test etc leading to joining post placement.
Good understanding of software technologies requirements & mapping the relevant candidates and knowledge of current IT trends
Maintain close contact with candidates/Vendors/ recruiters
Publish daily progress report to management
Qualification :
BCA / MCA
Knowledge of HR practices...
Strong verbal & written Communication..
Analytical thinking. ...
Competitive by nature with a selfmotivated personality.
