Team Management: Lead and manage the IT team including infrastructure security and support personnel. Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members. Ensure team adherence to best practices and company policies.
Technology Infrastructure: Oversee the management and maintenance of Google Workspace Google Cloud Platform and other software systems. Ensure that our technology infrastructure is scalable reliable and secure. Coordinate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Project Management: Ensure IT projects are managed effectively and completed on time. Develop project plans allocate resources and track progress. Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
IT Support: Own the IT support process internally for employees and externally for customers. Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Implement and manage help desk software to track and monitor support tickets.
Security and Compliance: Ensure our security infrastructure across thirdparty software and inhouse developed software is up to date and secure. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations. Monitor and respond to security incidents implementing measures to prevent future occurrences.
