About the role:

The Consultant recruiter will be responsible for supporting the TA team in driving recruitment initiatives talent sourcing coordinating and related activities.



Requirements

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Collaborate with TA team HR team members and hiring managers to understand the hiring requirements across India and US regions.

  • Source potential candidates from various online channels headhunting and referral programs.

  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms.

  • Interview candidates (via phone video or in person).

  • Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Conduct hiring drives and campus placement programs.

  • Encourage and come up with unique ideas for encouraging softbranding on LinkedIn.

  • Ensure record keeping of feedback process and documentation through hiring tools is maintained.

Skills and qualifications:

  • Its a 6month contract role.

  • Bachelor s degree in any field

  • At least 12 years of work experience in hiring technical /nontechnical skills

  • Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Timemanagement skills and multitasking ability.

  • A quick learner with an understanding of business needs and alignment with candidate skills.

  • Previous experience working for a SaaS or Fintech company is a plus.
