Job Description
We are looking for resultsoriented Engineers. An ideal candidate for us would be a passionate builder of great products/frameworks and someone who would thrive in a fastpaced environment
and enjoy the challenge of complex business contexts that are typically being defined in realtime. In this role you will be responsible for building worldclass technology products and platforms that
are at the forefront of the technology revolution in the Indian payments ecosystem. You are someone who insists on the highest standards for quality maintainability and performance. You
will be working in a fastpaced and agile work environment delivering quality solutions that have an immediate business impact
Responsibilities:
- Implementing the payment products/ electronic payment services of the Client for various client verticals.
- Interacting with clients to understand the requirements; and integrate these into the Client platform for Payment Gateway; Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment IVRS ECS services.
- Liasing with technology team/ vendors to implement the Client solutions; implement additional enhancements to the platform.
- Responsible for making process notes integration/ interface documents; and communicating them to clients/ internal operations team members.
- Providing inputs into the underlying process flows/ workflows/ systems for service improvement; and also engaging with internal process teams for definition of payment processes for new clients/ existing clients.
- Escalating issues that are open; or not resolved within the predefined timeframe.
- Project managing the various implementations in an effective and timely manner.
Desired profile of the candidate
- 6 years of relevant work experience including at least 3 years of relevant product management experience and good to have software development experience.
- Over obsessive understanding of the user on the internet and should be a Power user of internet & web platforms.
- Ideally should have worked in a startup environment or someone who has substantial experience in adding value/ increasing traffic to a highly scalable market leader product.
- Leadership skills along with superb strategic & research oriented approach.
- Handson experience in developing API/WebServices in past or strategizing modules by implementing third party APIs.
- Understanding of electronic payment processing/ collection methods including Electronic Clearing Service (ECS) online payment Electronic Bill Presentment & Payment (EBPP) Credit Card Processing Banking & Finance.
- Familiarity of processes relating to payments/ collections
Must Have:
Must have 6 yrs of relevant Product Management experience
Must have experience with PAPG Vertical ( Payment Aggregate and Payment Gateway)
Must be from Mumbai
Knowledge of developing API/WebServices in past or strategizing modules by
implementing third party APIs.
Understanding of electronic payment processing/ collection methods including Electronic Clearing Service (ECS) online payment Electronic Bill Presentment & Payment (EBPP) Credit Card Processing
Current company should be a Payment Gateway or Aggregator.
