Job Description

Open Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist


A Reputable Company is currently hiring Talent Acquisition Specialist to join them in their Selangor office.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition related role.
  • Having experience recruiting for retailbased staff from entry to management levels.
  • Manage the recruitment process and lifecycle including initial sourcing screening assessments and interviews.
  • Enlist job postings on forums which can source new candidates at the time of hiring such as newspapers social media advertisements etc.
  • Analyzes and reports on employment statistics including cost per hire source of hire and diversity recruiting initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
