Job Description

Open Position: Global IT Support Engineer (IT Service Provider)

An IT service provider is currently Global IT Support Engineer to join them in their Kuala Lumpur office.

Key responsibilities include:

Holds a bachelor s Degree in any related field.

Part of a team maintaining a 24x7 Global Support Services working on incident and problem resolutions from live chats phone calls emails and the company proactive monitoring system.

Proactively review client requests or tickets and apply technical/process knowledge to resolve them without breaching SLA.

Identify analyze diagnose and resolve incidents and requests.

Having Network Certifications such as CCNA CCNP or etc would be an added advantage.

Good verbal and written communication skills.
