Job Description
Are you passionate about sustainability and delivering excellent customer service Join Sai Yok Springs a dynamic ecoconscious beverage startup located in the heart of Bangkok at BTS Chitlom. We are on a mission to bring sustainable refreshing beverages to Thailand and were looking for a dedicated Customer Support & Order Fulfillment Agent to join our young and diverse team.
Tasks
- Provide topnotch customer support via phone email and chat.
- Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Manage inventory and update customers on product availability.
- Address customer inquiries concerns and feedback with professionalism.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to orders and customer records.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Thai and English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for sustainability and interest in ecofriendly products.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience in customer support or order fulfillment is a plus.
