Position: Customer Sales Executive

Job Description:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Chinese and Taiwanese clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the Chinesespeaking market.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Chinesespeaking clients communicating in both Chinese and English
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
- Work crossfunctionally with other departments to ensure client satisfaction.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment respecting cultural diversity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Sales Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 25 years of experience in a sales or customer service role ideally within the recycling environmental solutions or a related industry.
- Previous experience working with Chinesespeaking clients is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation ss
- Strong interpersonal abilities and a customerfocused mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
