About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced IT Application Development and Support Division Manager to oversee three teams: Application Development (System Analysts and Developers) Data Analysts and Application Support. The successful candidate will manage SAP ERP and inhouse application development ensuring the performance support and upgrade of critical enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the development support and enhancement of SAP ERP WMS and MES systems.
• Prioritize and oversee IT projects ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Define and manage technology architecture focusing on core systems data integration and modern platforms.
• Collaborate with functional heads to develop and implement business application roadmaps.
• Ensure service levels are met through ITILaligned processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field.
• 57 years of SAP experience (FI CO MM PP SD).
• At least 2 full SAP lifecycle implementations as Function Lead or Project Lead.
• 810 years of experience in application development and data management preferably in FMCG.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in both Thai and English.
