Compensation Management:
- Oversee the development and maintenance of a competitive salary structure ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Conduct regular market analysis to benchmark compensation packages against industry standards.
- Manage salary review processes including merit increases promotions and salary adjustments.
- Collaborate with leadership to design and implement incentive and bonus programs aligned with company goals.
Benefits Administration:
- Manage the company s benefits programs (health retirement wellness insurance etc.) ensuring they are competitive compliant and aligned with employee needs.
- Evaluate existing benefits packages and recommend improvements based on employee feedback and market trends.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits including enrollment changes and claims resolution.
- Provide support and guidance to employees regarding their benefits and compensation queries.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws regulations and company policies regarding compensation and benefits.
- Prepare reports and analyses on compensation and benefits trends costs and budget impacts for senior leadership.
- Maintain uptodate records of employee compensation and benefits data in HR systems
Employee Engagement:
- Develop and execute employee engagement strategies to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Design and implement programs that improve employee morale motivation and retention.
- Conduct employee surveys analyze feedback and make recommendations for improvement.
- Organize and promote employee recognition programs wellness initiatives and teambuilding activities.
- Work with department heads to improve internal communication and collaboration across teams
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- 57 years of experience in HR management with a focus on compensation benefits and employee engagement.
- Strong knowledge of compensation structures market benchmarking and benefits administration.
- Experience with employee engagement strategies and programs including survey management and recognition initiatives.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g. Workday SAP SuccessFactors or similar).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
