Job Description

Compensation Management:

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of a competitive salary structure ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to benchmark compensation packages against industry standards.
  • Manage salary review processes including merit increases promotions and salary adjustments.
  • Collaborate with leadership to design and implement incentive and bonus programs aligned with company goals.

Benefits Administration:

  • Manage the company s benefits programs (health retirement wellness insurance etc.) ensuring they are competitive compliant and aligned with employee needs.
  • Evaluate existing benefits packages and recommend improvements based on employee feedback and market trends.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits including enrollment changes and claims resolution.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees regarding their benefits and compensation queries.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws regulations and company policies regarding compensation and benefits.
  • Prepare reports and analyses on compensation and benefits trends costs and budget impacts for senior leadership.
  • Maintain uptodate records of employee compensation and benefits data in HR systems

Employee Engagement:

  • Develop and execute employee engagement strategies to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Design and implement programs that improve employee morale motivation and retention.
  • Conduct employee surveys analyze feedback and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Organize and promote employee recognition programs wellness initiatives and teambuilding activities.
  • Work with department heads to improve internal communication and collaboration across teams


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • 57 years of experience in HR management with a focus on compensation benefits and employee engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation structures market benchmarking and benefits administration.
  • Experience with employee engagement strategies and programs including survey management and recognition initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g. Workday SAP SuccessFactors or similar).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.

Key Skills:

  • Strong understanding of compensation analysis and benefits design.
  • Proven track record in developing and managing employee engagement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinking and strong business acumen.


Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5-7 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on compensation, benefits and employee engagement. Strong knowledge of compensation structures, market benchmarking, and benefits administration.
